Swimming and PE

The class will swim on a Thursday afternoon

PE is timetabled for Wednesday but  please have PE kit in school throughout the week, as there may be additional opportunities throughout the week. Long hair must be tied back and earrings must be removed for health and safety reasons (or tape needs to be supplied). Please make sure joggers and a hoody are included for cold weather.

Important Information

* Homework is due in on Wednesday morning.

* At least 4 reads are expected and logged in reading records which will be checked weekly. Targets to accomplish at home to stretch and motivate them will be set on an individual basis.

* Spellings will be tested on a Wednesday and set on Thursdays. Spellings may be from the year 3 /4 word list or as part of our whole class spelling patterns covered in class.

* Maths homework will be using the times table book and additional consolidation from our White Rose Lessons.

Important notices about our class residential will be posted here including any letters and kit lists.

If you need to speak to us, please contact us via email / or via Dojo messaging.

Final Note

Please ensure your child comes to school with a water bottle so they can remain hydrated throughout the day. There is no need for pencil cases to be brought into school, as we have provided any equipment that may be needed across all of the subjects, and they tend to prove distracting in the classroom.

Kind Regards,

Mrs. Pagliari & Fincham
