Dear Parents,

Mrs O Connell would like to enter our choir into the Leicestershire School Choir of the Year 2018 Competition. Our choir have some lovely pieces to perform but still need additional time in order to prepare for this competition. Initially we submit a recording of the choir singing two pieces (by Friday 11th May). 

Choir is now very popular , there is a much larger number of children who want to be part of the choir. In order to take part in this competition, choir rehearsals will be extended to an after school rehearsal from 3.30pm to 4.15pm starting on Monday 30th April. It is likely that this slot will be kept by the choir even after the competition as the rehearsal at lunchtime is not allowing enough time for the children to prepare for all of the events planned. Children will be supervised between 3.15 and 3.30pm and given a break during this time.
