Following the announcement made by Boris Johnson last week we are working hard to prepare the school for the return of some of our children. Mrs. White will inform parents about the details as soon as they are finalised.

Penelope the song writer
Penelope in Reception has written & performed a song about her favourite animal.
Louis the teacher!
Louis in Reception tried his hand at teaching his mummy phonics and is a really super teacher!
Eva the scientist!
Mr. Wright gave Eva the dojo award this week for super floating and sinking work!
Mr. Wright wants a special mention to all of the children who made their own stick man as part of their D&T this week. They all worked really hard on this and created some lovely designs.
Mr. Wright also wants a big shout out to all of the families who have been joining in with his daily Disney Family Singalong. It has been lovely seeing everybody joining together to share songs and it’s certainly helped him to feel better :)
Mrs. Woolman and Mrs. Smith have been so impressed with all of the children who made an elf town this week! They have such a creative bunch!
Joshua and Dylan from Year 2 learned how to use the computer to create a poster to advertise their elf towns and they are just fantastic!
Ben from Year 2 got full marks on ‘The Maths Factor’, a game he has been playing at home and we are very proud of him!
Mrs. Fincham and Mrs. Quinn are super proud teachers this week! Their children are so creative! They have been really pleased with the recycling containers they made and also their Roman shields.

Hannah from Year 3 has learned to ride her bike during lockdown!
Anthonia from Class 3 has been awarded with a certificate for some extra English comprehension and vocabulary learning she has completed online.
Isabella Morris from Class 4 is still thinking of others, even though, at times she has felt like doing absolutely nothing because she misses school and her friends! She has been developing a money making idea called ‘The Crafty Works’ that she hopes to run with her friend to make money for the PTFA.
The Year 5 teachers are very proud of Amy and Poppy B for scoring the most points on Spelling Shed this week - well done!
Well done to Will and Oskar in Class 5 for achieving Rock Star status on Times Tables Rockstars!
Sandra from Year 6 created this beautiful hand painted door when she was asked to design a door for part of her Literacy lesson.
